Fun games but this last update I dont care for

I love this game. Its relaxing and lots of fun. Just love it.

Its a good game till one spends some real money and then has a problem. I lost a lot of chips and boosts and support was laughable. They string you along by email weeks on end till you tire and give up. Buy chips and boosts at your own risk......I give it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Why am I starting at level 1 on my iPhone 5s, when I am on level 21 on my Nexus 7 tablet? And Im logged in on Facebook on both devices. You need to fix this problem.

My points are taken from me when I update ! Umm anyone no why ? Other than that I Love the game . Update: takes 4-everrrrr to load. Mechanical problems every so often. Tighter than real slots in Vegas on the stip ! But still love the game

today i lost all my coins and levels. was at level 47 which took a long time to acquire. ill wait to see if it corrects or im deleting. takes forever to open play at own risk.

I must say that the games are some of the best out there but ... I will never get to play them in my lifetime lol! Takes forever to level up at average bet and I cant afford to continually buy coin packages. A lot of people must be able too though because they sure dont offer any good specials. Also it is really a hassle downloading every game that I can play almost 3-4 times a week and I dont even self quiet the app. They have fun challenges but OMG!! The first 10-15 challenges steps are fairly reasonable. But the last 5 make it darn near impossible to win the challenge. They want us to bet MAX bet until we win several "huge" wins which RARELY happens. Like I said the games are some of the funnest out there but does us players no good if we cant level up and play them w/o spending a fortune on coin packages. Guess thats why they call it gambling! Wish I could have a chance to win some money in the tournaments. I dont have q whole lot of money yet, so I can never get close to winning in the tournaments. Need to fix it so people with less money has a chance of winning in the top ten too.

Their customer service is non existent. They make false promises regarding resolution review of issues. They are the absolute worse.

I remember about 6 months ago how much fun this game was. Since then some updates were done to this game, it is total crap and not fun anymore. Whoever made the update and implemented it is clueless to fun!

After the updates its harder to win but its still great mindless entertainment.

Guess the below was just a fluke, back to the meager bonus that doesnt allow you to play very often since the game takes your money pretty quickly. Good thing I have other slot apps to play that actually gives decent bonuses and doesnt take forever to load. If you go back to decent bonuses, I go back to my previous 5 star rating. Woohoo! Now that the bonuses are larger, I can finally play, it took days to collect enough to play for just a few minutes before! Thanks for increasing them, now maybe I can level up and enter more tournaments!

It crashes, it freezes, it fails to launch! Time to delete this bloated memory hog

Crashes and freezes. Dont waste your time/space with this app, I think the person who maintains it either got fired or is on a very long vacation.

Can you please fix all the crashing? I spin and then the game crashes.

My slot machines keep downloading. Then they dont even download for a day or so. I love the game but please fix it ASAP.
